Only sends alerts for coins with newly changed status.
Example: 🚨 BTC - 5m - OB ACTIVATED! ⏰ 14:35
If a coin is already active, no duplicate alerts are sent.

By setting just one alert per timeframe, you can receive notifications for all newly formed Order Blocks (OB) in your coin list.
