Unusual Volume Alert

This script allows the user to be alerted when an unusual increase in volume occurs on a subsequent candle. This multiplier can be 1.5x, 2x, or 3x the prior candle's volume.

A red arrow will appear below the candle if the alert is triggered on a sell candle. A green arrow will appear below the candle if the alert is triggered on a buy candle.

The user can set alert preferences on any time frame they choose.

Added more threshold options (now capable of 1.5x-5x in increments of 0.5x)
Added the capability for the user to define what hours of the day they want the alert to cover (i.e. 9:30am-4pm)
