Simple MACD and EMA Strategy

This is a basic Simple MACD and EMA trend following strategy. I will add shorts to the strategy very soon. Best results seem to be on the 4HR charts.

Added ability to show entry and exit plots to negate the TradingView strategy delay.
(Feature is OFF by default)

Added option to adjust the level for pullback entries.
