Volume in money

The indicator estimates the money volume of a certain bar.
The indicator gives control if to present the volume by units / by money
The indicator gives control if to color differently bars that the price increased / decreased and if the volume support the price movement

* modified the work-around for the price scale factor. Volume of stocks with price scale factor != 1 would be calculated correctly (would not account the price scale).
E.g. stocks in TASE would get volume 100x higher

2) Fix the option to present the volume , when the price_factor != 1
