added default fill color for each time frame fvg separately. you can change it in the settings easily.

Bug fixes...

Current Features:
- You can control how many most recent FVGs should be shown on the chart
- You can give different fill colors to the bullish or bearish FVG for each time frame
- By default bullish and bearish FVGs have same fill colors and different border colors. Because red border color of each FVG shows it is a Bearish FVG and green border color shows it is s Bullish FVG
- You can extend FVG to the right for as many your desired number of bars
- It shows consequent encroachment of each FVG automatically

Working On:
- Allow users to control if he wants to show higher time frame FVGs in lower time frame or not

Your Suggestions:
- Please let me know if there is any requirement you want to be in this indicator?
- Do you want me to mark imbalances and liquidity voids area as well. If yes, then these should be incorporated separately or one single FVG should find all these?

Added a Default option in Extend Option settings and set it to extend 3 candles to the most recent candle on the chart ( right side )
