HCW 2.0 is the upgraded HCW 1.0 which is an extremely successful indicator.


A. Basic Knowledge

1) The circles represent the possible major reversal, red for down, green for up.

2) The step line represents the whales' decision line, and it also indicates the direction, red for down, green for up.

3) The line that follows the price closely represents the micro trend, red for down, green for up.

4) The cross represents the entry, red for down, green for up.

B. Strategy Development

1) Follow the trend. Keep trading with the cross with only one direction after the price breaks the consolidation zone.

2) Bet the ratio. Betting with the circles with 25x -> 50x can be a good choice here.

3) Swing with the whales. Keep following the A.2 can help you swing with the whales.

4) Scalping the micro trends. Keep scalping for 4-20 pips every time with the A.3.

5) Building pyramid positions. If you are a risk-aversion person, you can actually build your positions with the crosses like adding 10% longs every time when you see a green cross and adding 10% shorts when you see a red cross. This method can break down the risk and build up the profit very well.



C. Notice

1) A.2, A.3 and A.4 do not work in a consolidation mode. Because the whole concept of the indicator is building on the moving average system. So the movement is the key for this indicator to make a profit.

2) A.1 works extremely well in the consolidation mode. Because there are many reversal patterns in the consolidation mode.

3) The ratio for this indicator is 4:1, and the win rate is almost 62%.
