【v2.0 Update: Cooldown Logic Added / クールダウン機能の実装】

Added Cooldown Feature: To prevent over-trading and "whipsaw" losses in choppy markets, we added a cooldown period after each entry signal.

Cleaner Charts: Signals are now suppressed for a set number of bars (default: 15) after an entry, allowing you to focus on managing the trade rather than looking for new setups immediately.
