Trader Set - Averaging Indicator

This is part of my SCALPING strategy, making the tool available for my students to use. In less than a month I will announce how you can get participated in the English version.

Added a little boolean option to only draw last 200 candles for the channel and averages or not.

Added max_bars_back for 300 bars, this should fix the error when looking at 1 second charts (hopefully)
