[JL] ATR HL Cloud

I am playing ATR now.

This script is made to watch ATR and highest-lowest.

ATR is calculated by max of short period and long period.

Up cloud is lowest price plus ATR * Multi

Dn cloud is highest price decrease ATR* Multi

Higher and higher cloud means up trend

Lower and lower cloud means dn trend

Plot a mid to detect entry point:
- Up trend, only entry below mid
- Dn trend, only entry above mid
