Relative AO (RAO)

Relative AO is an adaptation of Bill Williams' Awesome Oscillator for a logarithmic scale that measures the percentage of convergence/divergence of moving averages (similar to MARCD). The Signal Line allows you to use RAO instead of MACD (offset off), or to smooth the edge of the histogram for convenience (offset on).
