Enable Trading Day Interval Lines

- Draws a vertical dotted separator at the specified daily open time ( openTime ) using the selected timezone ( tz ).
- Controlled by enableOpen ; color is set via openColor .
- Extends both directions and remains visible historically (not limited by the “Last 24h only” filter).
- Works on any timeframe; the line is placed when a bar spans the daily open timestamp.
- Robust rendering: lines are enforced to be vertical in all cases (never horizontal), including zero-range bars and illiquid/non-trading periods.
