MA and estimated MA

EMA and SMA system with an estimated coming 7-day EMA/SMA based on oldest closing price and estimated change percentage of future price. The long-cycle bars are marked by green color to avoid distraction from price fluctuation based on MACD default EMA setting. This work is a combination of ideas inspired by LoneCapital and @seedof.

릴리즈 노트

1. Add an input option to show SMA lines.
2. Extend the estimated SMA values to the coming 20 days.
3. Remove EMA and estimated EMA.
