Moving Average Cross tool using MA 50 / MA 100 / MA 200

I have found these settings useful on Bitcoin & other markets

Alerts Added,

Breakout = MA 50 crossing above MA 100
Breakdown = MA 100 crossing under MA 50

MA 200 added as a useful area for overall support

No repaint.

Also added a fill for in-between the MA's, to give a cleaner overall look while looking at the trend

Added option to turn MA cross Indicator on / off.
Added option to turn Other MA on / off.
Channel Fill on / off
Added Background Heatmap color filter that follows the users input that defines a crossover to see at a quick glance if the trend defined is Bullish or Bearish
- Crossover ( Background is green by default)
- Crossunder (Background is red by default)
Added option to turn background color on / off (off by default)
- Script now has 6 customizable MA Options
- You can now change the timeframe of signals & MA in the Settings to whichever you prefer without changing the chart
- Each MA has a Turn on / Off switch (Off by Default)
