Spain's October industrial output rises 2.5% on year

Spain's seasonally and calendar-adjusted industrial output rose 2.5% year-on-year in October, official data from the country's National Statistics Institute (INE) showed on Friday.

Analysts polled by Reuters expected a 2.8% increase.

Industrial output in October was 0.4% lower than in September, INE said.
