Bajaj Housing Finance to issue over 4-year bonds -traders

India's Bajaj Housing Finance plans to raise at least 100 million rupees ($1.22 million) selling bonds maturing in four years, five months, and 13 days, three merchant bankers said on Tuesday.

The company has invited bids from bankers and investors on Wednesday, they said.

The notes are rated AAA by CRISIL and the issue will mature in May 2027.

The issue has a greenshoe option to retain an additional 14.90 billion rupees and will close for subscription on Thursday.

In November, the company had raised an aggregate of 15 billion rupees via for reissuance of 7.42% August 2025 bonds and five-year papers at a yield of 7.85% and a coupon of 7.98%.
