Sanofi Enters Talks to Sell Controlling Stake in Consumer Health Unit to CD&R

Sanofi said it entered talks to sell a controlling stake in consumer health business Opella to private-equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice.

The French drugmaker said Friday that the negotiations are for a potential sale of a 50% controlling stake in Opella. Financial details weren't disclosed.
