Is ZiL Zilliqa on its way back up?

Looks like Zilliqa is on its way back up but how temporary is it and where will it go? Looks like could go back up to about 23c but may just hit 15. If any of that gets rejected and the 11-10c doesn't hold again it may just be back to 4c again.
