xrp wedge similar to 2017 run

there seems to be a wedge forming and we're at the top of it.
it doesn't seem like we're going to break it, but bitcoin has been defying gravity which might just mean altcoins will as well.
technically, this is a good place to sell.
but it will most likely depend on if bitcoin will hold 10k.
