• We have a double bottom and multiple signals pointing to a breakout to the upside.
  
• We have a bullish falling wedge.
  
• We know XRPM19 to be bullish because it completed its retrace before reaching 0.786 Fib. retracement of the last bullish wave.
  

So if there isn't another drop, Ripple can move up from here.
