XRP Forming H&S?

I think XRP is heading for a H&S formation. This is indicated by the considerably lower volume on the newer tops. If that is the case, the head can go upto 2.3k and then find support at around 1K. Now should be a good time to wait-out. Scenario 2 is also plausible where XRP is going for a much higher ATH and volume is just picking up.

Head is perfectly traded down to the neckline and now is climbing up for the 2nd shoulder. This is fuelled by the announcement with moneygram. People who bought at around 15k Satoshi will now liquidate causing it to dip.
