Setting up for a big time move, but the catch is it can go either way.

Confirmation to upside - A 4 hour close above the upper resistance trend line around about 4800 sat on heavy volume, will likely lead to new high

Confirmation to downside - A 4 hour break below the neckline of the head and shoulders on the long frame around about 4050 sat.

Not much else to say here, no way to know which way it breaks, so look for the triggering events
