Bigger picture - 'H&S' on 3D - missing action on end for now

I was just listening to Mitch (youtube.com/channel/UC60a4msAOcjOWMMvNRyBx2w/featured) last night, and he was saying something about that you are not looking for H&S on way down. I was looking for this parallel channel already 2-3 weeks, in all time frames. Now when i made it a little bigger i saw ATH and it looks like 'H&S' and measured move is terrible. I hope this pattern is incorrect.
