XAUUSD - KOG REPORT UPDATE:

End of day update from us here at KOG:

So later session yesterday we suggested that if price supported the 1650 region then we would see this target the 1665+ resistance level. It ended up being a great trade to the upside as well as a short from 1675 down into the support region below. Now we would look for this to potentially settle a little overnight and potentially support at the similar level again, before then attempting to make another move. For this to go lower at the moment support needs to break.

Support: 1670 / 1666 / 1660 / 1656 /1650 / 1642 / 1639

Resistance: 1670 / 1675 / 1681 / 1690 / 1695

KOGs Bias for the day:

Bullish above 1655 with targets above 1680 and above that 1695

Bearish on break of 1655 with targets below 1640 and below that 1630

Summary:

As we suggested last night, a tap into 1650 with reactional support would have taken this up into the 1665 region. Right now, we would suggest no buying as the price will need to try and revisit the lower void so support levels are important.
