How low can the VIX go

I guess it could go to zero, but perhaps it will stop going down once the VVIX/VIX hits the trendline. The long term trendline is shown along with the 4h trendline

Worth keeping an eye on this chart as long-term as over the last few years it called some tops and bottoms
