HIDDEN Bull dvg in all 3 indicators >> Let's see if that could bring VIX a little bit more to the upside again, after hit a low right under 10.
Level 13 and 15 is interesting.. FIB 1,618 = 14,8

Update chart .... VIX has not moved much last week, but since y.day it started from 10,7 to rise more... over 12 today.... so watch closely it's move....

It did take almost 2months before VIX did make any signifigant move.... most sideways over many days....
