Potential Breakout and MACD Divergence

VET seems strong to finally break out of the channel for next leg up. The RSI and MACD also validates the se up and with a little increase in volume, it can easily do 10% from here. However if it falls from the trendline then it will touch the channel bottom and try again. They had some good news as well today, and so my bet is on VET. Lemme know what you think in the comments.
