the .0223 target i originally set was because .0233 was very close to the 1.168 fib if the low was already in...and.....well it's .0223 so i went with it....
after i posted this idea velo flushed hard....more than i expected...interestingly the target of .0223 is even closer to the 1.168 fib

So, I was way too early. Looking back you can see a touch of the 1.618 from a previous strong move.

I still expect a V shaped recovery and higher highs in 2023
