VELO PROTOCOL HAS BEEN A TEXTBOOK BREAKOUT PLAY
VELO is getting a second wind. There will be one last leg up if you want to dabble (to the .0198 to .0200 cent mark).
The return since Friday's breakout will be a solid 5X play for me, having lasted the 3-day weekend and into tonight.
