VCEL Brokeout?

Can see that NASDAQ:VCEL finally managed to breakout from its consolidation phrase of 16.00 to 18.80 since November 2018. With ideal breakout price action that we have seen on 14 February, ideal candlestick pattern yesterday and momentum indicators intact, we can look forward to a target price of 22.00, where some long positions covering might take place again.
