Value line not matching up with total market funds

Trading view does not have wilshire 5000 but it has a wilshire 4500 which is comparable, and it does not have vanguard total market fund VTSMX but it has a comparable fund called VTI which I hope is similar, but in this chart you see how each index's high technology allocations propped up their 2019 gains, where the whole stock market is not doing as well according to the value line index.
