Another short for USOIL

Currently located at critical pivot point and resistance zone.
Likely to fail and turn around.
Can short at the top to..
1st TP @ 45.80
2nd TP @ 42.92

I think it'll go down to 2nd TP zone.

Watch for the breakout on the wedge... Likely around 48~49 area.
