2108 USOIL could start from FIBO 5.0 to drop?

USOIL seems making a reversal signal on 4h chart where it is sitting on FIBO 5.0 not going to reach 618 like we expected in our last idea.

This could be a new start for new leg down to the support zone and FIBO ext 1.27 position.
