USDMXN at a crucial level: Are bulls getting ready ?

USDMXN has reached the important Fibo Retracement of 50% at 22.20
And on the H4 chart, we can notice the divergence building on MACD histogram in the favor of Bulls.

In my opinion, the Bulls have to clear the following tests to take control:
1. At least a close above 23.26
2. Along with the break of the falling trendline
