Potential ABCD "1.13" setup

This is an alert that this may set up to be a "1.13" short. This could be utilized within
a possible bullish Cypher/Shark pattern as well. The "1.13" is focused on capturing some of the initial
move down towards the Cypher/Shark PRZs. The two go hand in hand.

Note that we are coming into an established resistance area for this potential short setup.
