USDCAD start new growth to resistance

In early December, the price broke through the resistance line at 1.129.
Then it fell to the support 1.127.
It tried to break through line (breakout - false), fixed and began to grow.
During the growth, the price again came to the support line.
Now it is at the line at position 1.288.
Both of these lines began to form in 2019 and are quite strong.
In my opinion, in the near future the price will continue to move within them.
I expect that after the candlestick's shadow touches the resistance line at 1.295, it will collapse.
The decline has already begun and I expect the price to first come to the 1.275 support line.
And then it will rise again to resistance.
The goal is 1.294.
