View On Dow Jones US Stock Market (8 Oct 2020)

We are seeing the unemployment level that we have not seen for a long time.
Most the major businesses are still reeling from the recent shocks due to the shutdown, while airlines are at the multi years low.
Yet the stock market (particularly in US markets) is doing rather well. Why?

The answer is simple.

Due to the unprecedented money printing aka bribe money to jobless to refrain from taking it to the streets.

Since USD is a global reserves currency, their actions (of money printing) brings the whole world with it.

Currently, the stock market make a nice swing back on the "hope" of new stimulus.
So, you ought pay attention to it. This is ALL WE GOT. HOPE ON MORE FREE MONEY.

We live in a time where a tweet from the white house's toilet can bring your live upside down.

Stock Markets is nothing to do with fundamental and Supply/Demand. You can throw away your business degree.

View On Dow Jones US Stock Market (28 Oct 2020)

Dow Jones index trimmed big for the past 2 days, as the hope for stimulus before election has crashed.

Now, it is near the decent support of 27,325 and 28,000 have became a strong resistant.

As the market go into election, we may revisit the low of 26,500 first.

After the election, the another drama will unfold.

Now we are still in the immediate downtrend and at the same time, it is already at the Double Bottom level. Cautiously Bearish Still.

Current 29.5K-29.75k has acted a decent resistant.
The market will swing up/down using the above mentioned region as the overhead resistant.

At the same time, 28,700~28,800 level will be good decent support regions.

Currently, the market is take clue the potential upcoming lockdown, and it is very volatile right now. if you have short, this is the possible TP that you can rely on is the 28,700-28,800 region.
