US100 OUTLOOK
looks like we could see a bullish move from nas100 for the following reasons
TECNICALS
nas100 has created a bullish flag pattern visable on the 4/1 hour timeframe
the RSI has indicated that the market is over sold (below 30%)
market has broken above the resistance and has now come to retest it
HOWEVER, if market breaks below the bullish flag u do see bearish movment till 16170 - 16150
