US100 will fall from strong resistance

The index has been trending upward since February 2020 (trend is uneven).
The price regularly jumps and pulls back.
Breaks trend lines.
The last false break happened in November (support lines 11644.4)
The price has been trending and growing for a month now.
It approached the resistance line 12583.4, touched it and has been moving along the line for some time.
This line is annual - formed in February 2020.

I expect the price to fall soon.
It has no resource and no strong support to break through the resistance line.
I expect the price to fall to the support line from the resistance.
Target - 12083.4
