*Has now formed a rising wedge, a bearish area pattern
*Unfavourable MACD formation
*Bitcoin slump might factor in stock performance given their exposure to it.
*ER might be a surprise to the downside given how general market has been performing (ER beat failing to catapult prices to higher level)
