Tesla range locked until ~2030

My bias on Tesla is obviously down as I think it is one of the biggest bubbles of our time. However the market doesn't think so, and because of this it Tesla has greatly outpaced it's growth rate accelerating returns by almost a decade.

I speculate there's still around 5 years left of sideways for Tesla before it's able to do anything. I would come up with your best options strategies for this range with a slight downward bias perhaps.
