Triveni Turbine Limited - Break out

I am a noob trader, I started doing some price action analysis. I came across this stock Triveni Turbine Limited, which I feel just gave a breakout with increasing volume.

Maybe I am completely wrong, any experienced trader can look into this and suggest whether my view about this stock is correct or not.

It might be a false breakout aslo.
