Leveraged Index ETFs performance

I just tried to see how the returns in the stock market compare with the Housing. We do take the leverage in housing by investing only 20% (5 times leverage). I do see the best and easy way to take leverage in stocks is via 3 times leveraged indexes. So picked few for understanding. I think stocks provide lot more returns, no maintenance, no monthly contribution plus huge liquidity.
