BULLISH DIVERGENCE Crypto Total Excluding BTC... GOOD FOR CRYPTO

Looking for any constructive criticisms, happy thoughts, tips, tricks, or any other cool stuff. Looking at the Crypto total market cap excluding bitcoin, it appears to be showing a bullish divergence with the Mkt Cap Total showing lower lows, as the RSI is now showing higher lows. Looks like a Bullish Divergence to me. What do you think? The RSI is a momentum indicator. Please let me know your thoughts.
