US 10 yr Treasury note going up yet or doe it need a rest?

The interest on the US Treasury just doesn't seem to be going up, yet. Does it need a rest? So when will it? Will the Fed keep it down and for how long? It's being used for currency manipulation of course even thought the US blames CN for doing that here we have proof of the US propping up stocks and suppressing interest rates.
