Bullish Flag Pattern - Weekly chart

Titan has formed bullish flag pattern on weekly chart. Stock is poised for a positive breakout. A flag pattern has two components - A pole and a flag. Current Market Price is at the tip of a pole. Conditions to recognise a positive breakout are : (a) stock price shall cross over the tip point which is also resistance zone and (b) stock shall successfully convert resistance into support.
