As you can see premarket most of the bullish action is coming from tech. QQQ was way oversold on 1hr and 2hour (See link). I think we ride up to test that neck line then reject and fade for the rest of the day and tomorrow. The Dow Jones or Spy are neither oversold like qqq was so we might get the pullback from cyclicals first
