Good Morning,

Lets have a mindful trading day - Always start the day with some balance eg (good breakfast-some exercise-some mindful quietness or meditation-balance is key)

Facts - We are still in an uptrend. We broke out of the previous trend which gifted us a short opportunity-right now we have a slight retrace opportunity for a small long (3207-3253). Remember to always manage your risk and lift your stop limit as the trade progresses.

Objective - long trade entered at 3213. First take profit or stop limit adjustment will be at 3237 as that is our 21 EMA trend line. Full take profit will be at 3253. If the trade fails we at least get to collect our profits at 3237.

Objective 2 Reassess market conditions at 3253 (Will it consolidate and go up-Will it bounce and continue down-Will it consolidate and continue up) - We really don't know this which is why we close our positions and reassess at these levels.

Good Afternoon Update,

Current TA still in affect - looks like we are coming closer to creating some nice support for a retrace back to the 3253 area. Lets see what happens at close :)

Good Morning,

Feeling grounded this morning! Woke up at 3:30 AM (Not by choice lol brain was a bit buggy!) Took the extra hours to complete a nice meditation session, walk with the dog and a Rollerblade, perfect way to get grounded :).

Lets look at this trade - It is working out very well. As you can see we finally broke out of our descending wedge with support at 3200 & continuing to build support on our trend line. We will continue to monitor this situation and remember to use our exit point at 3253 and reassess from there.
