ES, spy, day trading for July 27th

Es is 3 points higher than all lines shown,
over night is long and in balance so my first idea is a pull back to composite balance and then a move higher watch the red break out zone for rejection. The alternate idea is that we open and remain balanced around the overnight trading levels. In this event will be long bottoms and short tops.

Futures open with a gap and took off to the races, a gap and go. so this makes the bullish idea of idea #1 in play just with out the opening retrace. I will now be looking for that retrace to look for a long trade. this retrace could be as far as 3007, but I really doubt we get back that far, alternatively a retrace of any size just may not happen at all so will be on my toes looking for a long trade. Will try and keep you informed
