The price wants to close its bullish dynamic range

I previously announce a bearish movement. Well, the price declined to a double top replaying the range ceiling at 3.1. So that movement did not happen when I said but then, you know that last week the price was very stagnant.

Now the price should break the key point to end the bearish movement to "4".
