S&P 500 expressed in DXY dollars pushes historic max

I, living outside US in a country with a lot of companies listing ADRs in US exchanges, am used to correlate stock prices and indices to the exchange rate. We do this often, to get rid of money-induced deviations. We use US dollar as a stable measure of a stock or index price. The dollar, nevertheless isn't exactly steady, specially during the last monts, so I've made this chart of SPX times 1/100 of the DXY and what I've found was pretty interesting, at least for me.

Also notice, we seem to be close to the top of an upward channel, so it looks like there's gonna be more bad news before good news
